Ever wonder what to do with your "scraps" of designer series paper? Turn it into something beautiful like this poinsettia card. It's a little time-consuming to make because of all the fussy cutting, but I love this card! Floating Poinsettias One of the poinsettia papers in the Boughs of Holly DSP has a bunch of partial poinsettias along all the edges. I fussy cut all of them and then arranged them along the edges of the white paper. I recommend stamping the words first. For this card I used the Real Red ink pad to stamp the words and used Real Red card stock as the base. After stamping the words, lay your cut pieces along the edges of the Basic White card stock piece (5 1/4" x 4). For some of them you might need to trim them further, or for others you might need to add a little something from another flower or leaves to fill in some of the white space.
